Dear Parents and Carers,

 

After School Clubs

 

To ensure that everyone knows what after school provision we offer, I have attached a timetable underneath this message. This sets out what is on offer and to whom it is offered. I would like to take the opportunity to thank those staff and volunteers for taking the time to organise and run the clubs, without which we would not be able to offer such provision.

 

If your child wishes to join in any after school club, please ask complete the Google Form on the following link https://forms.gle/hneUNnt9AMLqRZDX6. We will always do our best to accommodate them if there is enough space. Where this is not the case, we will do our best to find an alternative, though logistically this may not always be possible.

 

For everyone’s safety, please note that clubs will not be cancelled, except in the event of an emergency. If your child attends Years 1 to 4 please make arrangements for your child to be picked up from school premises (not the Friendly Fox) by a responsible person. If your child attends Years 5 or 6, they may be allowed to walk home or down to the Friendly Fox to be collected but this MUST be stipulated when completing the Google Form Children will not be allowed to leave the premises alone. Parents will be informed where the collection point for each club will be. All clubs taking place inside will be collected from the main front entrance.
